Surging fuel prices, drought, changing diets and the use of arable land for biofuels have pushed average food prices up almost 40 per cent in the past year. Bush has said the US would consider a formal peace treaty with North Korea, if the DPRK agrees to give up entirely its nuclear program, in an effort to "end the Korean war"...
